Jarrod is excited to share his expertise and bring a new, more magical RV experience to Guntersville and all of Northern Alabama—raising the bar for service, care, and customer satisfaction in the region.

Meet Xuan! A proud Army veteran with six years of service, Xuan brings exceptional leadership, discipline, and strategic thinking to every role she takes on. She holds an MBA in Project Management and a BA in Business Management, and has spent more than a decade excelling in financial oversight and office management within the structural steel industry. Today, she combines her financial expertise, operational skill, and passion for customer care. Xuan is dedicated to elevating the customer experience, strengthening business operations, and helping shape the future of Lakeside RV.

Joshua Dabbs is a talented and versatile RV Technician whose hands-on experience and strong work ethic make him an invaluable part of the Lakeside RV team. With a background that spans welding, automotive repair, logging, and building mobile homes, Joshua brings a rare and incredibly useful blend of skills to the RV industry. His ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and work through complex repairs has allowed him to develop into a highly capable technician who takes pride in every job he completes.

Sheila Patrick brings years of experience, care, and professionalism to the Lakeside RV team. With a strong background in construction, safety, and management, she has spent decades helping keep operations organized, efficient, and people-focused. Her detail-oriented approach and heart for serving others make her a great fit for helping customers through the service process with confidence and ease.

Shelia’s experience includes years as a Safety Coordinator, along with OSHA 10 & 30 certifications, CPR certification, and a background in business accounting and medical assistance. Her well-rounded knowledge, strong communication skills, and dedication to doing things right help make her an important part of the customer experience at Lakeside RV.

When she’s not at work, Shelia enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her fur babies. Her favorite getaway is a peaceful walk on the beach — a reflection of the calm, caring presence she brings to the team every day.
